Postage and Handling
- YOU MUST provide CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS for delivery. Please also
make sure your EBAY DELIEVERY DETAILS are correct and up-to-date.
We ship ALWAYS to the registered EBAY address for your account.
Failure to provide phone numbers for BULKY items will result in
delay of shipping. We cannot send out BIG items without a contact
number. Please provide this if you have not already in the checkout
section.
- Your item/s will generally be dispatched within 1-2 WORKING
DAYS of payment being received AND CLEARING in our account. Please
be patient, as long as payment is there your item will be on its
way within 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
- Please note that freight can take anywhere
from 2-12 days for delivery. In most cases (metro and the like)
it will generally just be a few days, or less. Big Bulky items
to remote locations are the items that take the longest, naturally.
- Please
wait approx. 7 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT, for delivery, BEFORE contacting
us to track your item.
- When direct depositing PLEASE USE YOUR EBAY
USER ID as a reference. Failure to do so will result in delays
processing your order and finding your payment.
- You proceeding straight
to checkout and inputting the correct freight amount, is the quickest
way in getting your order processed and on its way to you.
- Our freight
is shipped either by tracked AUSTRALIA POST parcel, or via courier.
- Sorry we cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses.
- PICKUP is STRICTLY
NOT AVAILABLE, as we have no showroom and no representative to
serve you.
- We are on a preset delivery run, and cannot offer express
freight on anything that won’t fit into a 500gram satchel.

Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment must be received within 3 days of auctions end.
- If you
wish to pay straight away, please make sure you input the CORRECT
postage amount into the checkout before you pay. Failure to do
so will result in a hold up in shipping your item. The freight
and handling amounts for all auctions are listed WITHIN the individual
listing.
- If you do not checkout straight away, please allow 1 WORKING
day to receive your checkout docket.
- Please proceed to checkout
FOR OUR BANKING DETAILS, they appear within the checkout.
- We are
a registered company with a ABN, and can provide a TAX INVOICE
upon request.
- We accept BANK DEPOSIT, MONEY ORDER and PAYPAL.
- Please
note that in some cases where you have a credit card request through
PayPal or uncleared funds, additional time may be required for
PayPal to clear your funds. Please contact PAYPAL for clarification.

Terms & Conditions
- We will honor DEA (dead on arrival) claims within 7 days, providing
the product is BRAND NEW and has NOT been used. We will asses
this and provide a replacement if it is found to be faulty.
- Buyers are liable for ALL postage and freighting during warranty
period.
- Please note – You must contact us regarding your DOA product
within 7 days and once assessed you will be given a RA or RETURN
ATHORITY number corresponding to your claim.
- You must have this
number in order to return an item. We will not accept any product
back without this number attached and pre-arranged.
- By bidding you
are entering a legal agreement as set out within eBay’s terms and
conditions.
- Some item looks and appearance may differ slightly from batch
to batch, or updated models.
- Failure to complete payment and the
transaction within 14 days will result in an dispute being lodged
and eBay giving an unpaid item strike against you.
- We ALWAYS leave
great feedback and appreciate great feedback being left for us
in return. If we have forgotten to leave you feedback somehow,
please contact us and we will do so straight away.
